За този тип кранове е характерно, че не са ремонтно пригодни и след изтичане на експлоатационният им живот се подменя цялото изделие. Използват се за всякакъв вид флуиди с различни температури стигащи до 200°С.
          • Two-piece ball valvesСферичните кранове от 2 части на заварка могат да се използват се за всякакъв вид флуиди с различни температури стигащи до 200°С. Работните налягания стигат до 250 бара, което ги прави широко използваеми в почти всяка индустриална инсталация. Монтажите на тези кранове е на различни видове заварка като челна заварка (BW), муфова (SW) и др.
          • Three-piece ball valvesСферичните кранове от 3 части на заварка могат да се използват се за всякакъв вид флуиди с различни температури стигащи до 450°С. Работните налягания стигат до 250 бара, което ги прави широко използваеми в почти всяка индустриална инсталация.
